1. CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPPING

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever occurs earlier.

2. HOW TO REQUEST CANCELLATION

3. CANCELLATION REQUEST DOES NOT GUARANTEE APPROVAL

रद्दीकरण अनुरोध की स्वीकृति की गारंटी नहीं

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically mean that the order has been cancelled.

रद्दीकरण अनुरोध प्रस्तुत करने मात्र से यह नहीं माना जाएगा कि आदेश रद्द हो गया है।

An order will be considered cancelled only after AKBB Group confirms the cancellation or the order status reflects successful cancellation.

आदेश को तभी रद्द माना जाएगा जब AKBB Group द्वारा रद्दीकरण की पुष्टि कर दी जाए या आदेश की स्थिति में सफल रद्दीकरण प्रदर्शित हो।

If an order has already entered packing, processing or dispatch operations, cancellation may no longer be possible.

यदि कोई आदेश पैकिंग, प्रसंस्करण या भेजने की प्रक्रिया में प्रवेश कर चुका है, तो उसका रद्दीकरण संभव नहीं हो सकता है।

4. ORDERS ALREADY SHIPPED

पहले ही भेजे जा चुके आदेश

Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to a courier or logistics service provider, it generally cannot be cancelled through the normal cancellation process.

एक बार आदेश भेज दिए जाने या कूरियर अथवा रसद सेवा प्रदाता को सौंप दिए जाने के बाद सामान्य रद्दीकरण प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से उसे सामान्यतः रद्द नहीं किया जा सकता है।

If the customer no longer wishes to keep a delivered product, the customer may be required to follow the applicable Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

5. PREPAID ORDER CANCELLATION

पूर्व भुगतान किए गए आदेश का रद्दीकरण

If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the eligible refund will generally be initiated through the applicable refund process.

यदि किसी पूर्व भुगतान किए गए आदेश को भेजे जाने से पहले सफलतापूर्वक रद्द कर दिया जाता है, तो पात्र धनवापसी सामान्यतः लागू धनवापसी प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से शुरू की जाएगी।

Approved prepaid refunds may generally take 5–7 business days to be reflected, depending on the payment method, payment service provider and banking institution.

स्वीकृत पूर्व भुगतान की धनवापसी को खाते में दिखाई देने में सामान्यतः 5–7 कार्य दिवस लग सकते हैं, जो भुगतान माध्यम, भुगतान सेवा प्रदाता तथा बैंकिंग संस्था पर निर्भर कर सकते हैं।

The time taken by a bank, card issuer or payment service provider after the refund has been initiated may be outside the direct control of AKBB Group.

धनवापसी शुरू किए जाने के बाद बैंक, कार्ड जारीकर्ता या भुगतान सेवा प्रदाता द्वारा लिया गया समय AKBB Group के सीधे नियंत्रण से बाहर हो सकता है।

6. CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS

डिलीवरी पर नकद भुगतान वाले आदेश

Cash on Delivery orders may be cancelled only before the order is dispatched, subject to the applicable cancellation conditions.

डिलीवरी पर नकद भुगतान वाले आदेशों को केवल आदेश भेजे जाने से पहले लागू रद्दीकरण शर्तों के अधीन रद्द किया जा सकता है।

Once a Cash on Delivery order has been dispatched, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation through the normal cancellation process.

एक बार डिलीवरी पर नकद भुगतान वाला आदेश भेज दिए जाने के बाद सामान्य रद्दीकरण प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से उसका रद्दीकरण संभव नहीं हो सकता है।

7. REPEATED OR ABUSIVE CANCELLATIONS

बार-बार या अनुचित रद्दीकरण

AKBB Group may review repeated, unusual or potentially abusive cancellation activity associated with an account or customer.

AKBB Group किसी खाते या ग्राहक से संबंधित बार-बार होने वाली, असामान्य या संभावित रूप से अनुचित रद्दीकरण गतिविधि की समीक्षा कर सकता है।

Where permitted by applicable law, repeated misuse of Cash on Delivery orders or other cancellation privileges may result in certain account or ordering restrictions.

Any such action will be considered according to the circumstances of the case and applicable law.

8. CANCELLATION DUE TO PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY

उत्पाद उपलब्ध न होने के कारण रद्दीकरण

In certain circumstances, AKBB Group may need to cancel an order because a product becomes unavailable or cannot reasonably be supplied.

कुछ परिस्थितियों में AKBB Group को किसी उत्पाद के उपलब्ध न रहने या उचित रूप से आपूर्ति न कर पाने के कारण आदेश रद्द करना पड़ सकता है।

If payment has already been received for an order cancelled by AKBB Group, the applicable refund will be processed according to the relevant refund procedure.

यदि AKBB Group द्वारा रद्द किए गए आदेश के लिए भुगतान पहले ही प्राप्त हो चुका है, तो लागू धनवापसी संबंधित धनवापसी प्रक्रिया के अनुसार की जाएगी।

9. CANCELLATION DUE TO PRICING OR SYSTEM ERROR

मूल्य या प्रणाली संबंधी त्रुटि के कारण रद्दीकरण

In exceptional circumstances, an order may be cancelled if there is an obvious pricing, product listing, inventory or technical system error.

विशेष परिस्थितियों में स्पष्ट मूल्य, उत्पाद सूची, भंडार या तकनीकी प्रणाली संबंधी त्रुटि होने पर किसी आदेश को रद्द किया जा सकता है।

Where payment has already been received, any eligible refund will be processed through the applicable payment process.

यदि भुगतान पहले ही प्राप्त हो चुका है, तो पात्र धनवापसी लागू भुगतान प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से की जाएगी।

10. CANCELLATION AFTER PACKING

पैकिंग के बाद आदेश रद्द करना

An order that has already been packed may not be cancellable even if it has not yet been handed over to the courier.

जो आदेश पहले ही पैक किया जा चुका है, उसे कूरियर को सौंपे जाने से पहले भी रद्द करना संभव नहीं हो सकता है।

Customers should therefore submit cancellation requests as early as possible.

इसलिए ग्राहकों को रद्दीकरण अनुरोध यथासंभव शीघ्र प्रस्तुत करना चाहिए।

11. REFUND AFTER SUCCESSFUL CANCELLATION

सफल रद्दीकरण के बाद धनवापसी

Where an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled, the applicable refund will be processed after cancellation confirmation.

The refundable amount may be affected by applicable charges, promotional conditions or other lawful deductions where applicable.

12. COUPONS AND PROMOTIONAL ORDERS

कूपन और प्रचारात्मक आदेश

If an order was placed using a coupon, discount or promotional offer, cancellation may affect the availability or reuse of the promotional benefit.

यदि कोई आदेश कूपन, छूट या प्रचारात्मक प्रस्ताव का उपयोग करके किया गया था, तो आदेश रद्द होने से उस प्रचारात्मक लाभ की उपलब्धता या पुनः उपयोग प्रभावित हो सकता है।

13. PARTIAL CANCELLATION

आंशिक रद्दीकरण

Where technically and operationally possible, a customer may request cancellation of one or more products from a multiple-product order before dispatch.

जहाँ तकनीकी और संचालन संबंधी रूप से संभव हो, ग्राहक एक से अधिक उत्पाद वाले आदेश में से एक या अधिक उत्पादों को भेजे जाने से पहले रद्द करने का अनुरोध कर सकता है।

Partial cancellation may not be available once the relevant products have entered packing or dispatch operations.

14. CANCELLATION AND DELIVERY CHARGES

Where an order has already entered shipping or fulfilment operations, applicable delivery or processing costs may affect the amount refundable, where permitted by applicable law.

15. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
